Focussing on assisting families to define what success looks like for them, he then facilitates creating environments within which this is achievable. Russ creates the right forums, structures and processes for effective communication, allowing a smooth transition of wealth, ownership and management from one generation to the next.

Russ is also Co-Director of ‘The Land of Giants’, a research project directed on how the rising generation are able to find ‘significance’ and identity when they have grown up around significant wealth and achievement. He hosts his own podcast, The Family Business Podcast, featuring some of the leading experts in family business and acquiring a global audience and appeal.
